2. Estimates and Bookings

• All estimates provided (verbal or written) are non-binding until confirmed in a signed agreement or invoice.
• Service dates and pricing are subject to availability and may change due to unforeseen conditions.
• By submitting a booking or estimate request, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major forms of payment (credit cards, cash, Zelle, etc.).
• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 15 days overdue.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to $50.
• YP CRAFTOLOGY reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, availability, or safety concerns.

5. Liability & Warranty

• YP CRAFTOLOGY is insured and operates in compliance with local building codes.
• We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on most services unless otherwise stated.
• We are not liable for damages due to misuse, pre-existing issues, or client-supplied materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide safe and accessible work conditions.
• Secure pets, valuables, and remove obstructions prior to service.
• Notify us of any relevant conditions or limitations for the job.
